This is a {Advertised Permanent / Temporary}, {Advertised Full Time / Part Time} vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised and self-motivated Project Co-Ordinator based at our Willerby Grove site (with an expectation that you will be able to work across all 3 sites) on a full-time basis.

Main Duties of the Role:

Your role will be to meet regularly with external funding agencies and key stakeholders to confirm that the college provision continues to meet their existing and future requirements.

Essential Requirement:

  • English and Maths at level 2 (GCSE/O Level, Grade C or above)
  • 5 GCSEs at Grades A-C or equivalent
  • A professional qualification at level 3 (admin or business based) 
  • Significant experience of working with a range of diverse teams to meet a specific outcome
  • Experience of working with external stakeholders in a partnership to meet a specific outcome
  • Experience of creating and maintaining effective records and systems
  • Experience of compliance with regards to external parties/bodies
